Accessibility statement

Last updated: 19 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to find out about Honey & Cream, read our menu and plan a visit, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement covers this website and explains how accessible it is, what we’ve checked, and how to contact us if something doesn’t work for you.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What you should be able to do

How we checked

In October 2026 we tested the site with automated tools (axe-core for accessibility and html-validate for the HTML standard) at desktop size, at 200% zoom and on a 320-pixel-wide phone screen. No accessibility failures were found. We also measured the colour contrast of every text colour by hand, including text over the photo at the top of the page.

[To do before launch] We’re also testing with screen readers (VoiceOver and NVDA) and with a keyboard only, and will update this statement when that’s complete.
